About Us

Second Chance Pet Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue organization in Tehama County, California working with the Corning Animal Shelter. Our goal is to prevent the euthanasia of the adoptable animals finding themselves at the shelter and give them a second chance at life. Also, we support spay/neuter, education, and offer training in order to keep animals OUT of the shelter. Our hope for all companion animals is that they can live in the homes and by their handler's side as much as possible.

We are a volunteer run and supported organization and appreciate your support!
