What do dogs and volenteers both enjoy? The sun and the warmth, and Saturday was a great day for both. So what were we up to on that beautiful day, well, thanks to Michelle, Taylor and Jean the dogs were out taking a nice walk, getting lots of one on one time and soaking up the sun. We have seen such a difference in the dogs at the end of the day since we have been spending extra time with them. They all seem content. Pat was cleaning kennels and singing to the dogs. Yes, singing and they love it. As for me I was getting the three kennels in the play yard that were hit the hardest by the floods ready. At the end of the day Hogan and Lady were put together in one of the pins. They were very happy to get outside and to be in with a play mate. Spring is here and all of us at the shelter welcome it with open arms and paws.
