I received an e-mail the other day:

"I just got your newsletter and thought I would give you an update on our Robin. We’ve had her for a year now, and you were absolutely right about her! She is the best dog! Remember you said that her name was Robin because all she needed was a chance to spread her wings and fly? Well it was so true! We still cannot believe that she was with you for a whole year! She loves to ride in the car and truck (we call her our American Express dog because we can’t leave home without her) and loves to spend time with Dennis no matter what he is doing. She is definitely his dog, but I come in a very close second."(Carol Ralston)

I guess dogs do have wings. Robin is flying high and soaring in her adoptive home. Thank you Carol and Dennis for giving this girl a chance to spread those wings.
