Second Chance Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization in Tehama County, California. We work closely with the Corning Animal Shelter/Animal Control, which is a part of the Corning Police Department.

The shelter’s Adoption Hours are:
Saturday: April 1st through October: 1pm to 4pm
Saturday: November 1st through March: 1pm to 3pm
Sundays: 10:30am to 1:30pm
All other times are by By Appointment Only.

All surrendered pets or stray animals must go through the Corning Police Dept’s Animal Control Officer.
